The present application has been filed seeking direction upon the respondent authorities to ensure the payment of pension by making necessary correction in the amount of pension for which he is entitled, apart from other outstanding dues. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.6, with reference to the statement made in

Patna High Court CWJC No.3194 of 2018 dt.02-11-2022 2/2 Paragraph No.4, it is submitted that the total amount of pension payable from 01.03.2009 to 31.08.2018 amounting to Rs.19,61,359/-, apart form difference amount of Rs.11,530/- have stood paid and the same has been credited into the account of the petitioner.

Separate counter affidavits have also been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5, stating therein that the necessary action was required to be taken by the bank and the same has already been done.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prima facie from the averments made in the counter affidavit, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. However, he seeks liberty to file a representation before the concern authorities, if need be, in case of any discrepancies in the calculation.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made at the bar and the materials available on the record, this writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
