Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this court but contention on behalf of petitioners is that coaccused Prakash Turha and others, having similar allegation, have already been granted privilege of bail whereas; petitioners are in jail custody since long without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar Sadar P.S.
