Patna High Court CWJC No.3261 of 2018(4) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 occupation of the State of Bihar, the petitioner may raise the grievance before the District Magistrate, Samastipur and on enquiry if the District Magistrate finds that the land of the petitioner has been used by the State of Bihar, the District Magistrate may take steps for payment of compensation in terms of 2013 Act for the part of land of the petitioner still used by the State of Bihar.
