Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. of the occurrence of murder of a married lady is against unknown. During investigation, on the confessional statement it revealed that in-laws have committed the murder. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim. She is in custody since 14.07.2019.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, especially that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence and petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees

No.59421 of 2019(2) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Simri Police Station Case No.204 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
