JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has represented before the Registrar, B. N. Mandal University vide Annexure-7 and the representation along with the other relevant record as enclosure is pending consideration before the Registrar of the University. He submits that the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation by a reasoned and speaking order within a time frame.

Mr. Raju Giri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University has no objection in disposal of the writ application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15869 of 2016 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 He submits that the University will address the grievance of the petitioner and pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation, as contained in Annexure-7, within a period of two months from today.

In view of the stand of the University and the prayer made by the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to Registrar, B. N. Mandal University to take final decision on the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-7, within a period of 60 days and it goes without saying that if any monetary and other consequential benefits accrue to the petitioner on disposal of the representation, the same shall be extended to the petitioner within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of Annexure-7.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
