2. The petitioner is in custody registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, it is a case of murder of the sister of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged murder and he is in custody since 14.09.2023. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

From perusal of the first information report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77748 of 2023(4) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 and the impugned order dated 24.08.2023, it appears that the deceased was married before eighteen years of the occurrence and from perusal of the postmortem report, it appears that no external injury found on the person of the deceased and the opinion is also reserved, in these circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be directed to be released on bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.207 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Siwan.
