JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation before the concerned authority with regard to non-payment of the arrears of salary and the the concerned respondent may be directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner in light of the various judicial pronouncements in his case.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation regarding his grievances pertaining to nonpayment of arrears of salary and the grant of benefits of 5th pay revision within a period of two weeks from today before the respondent no. 3 and the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose off the said representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter by a speaking and reasoned order keeping
