This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.170 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 103(1), 238(a) and 108 of the B.N.S., 2023 3.

Initially, the F.I.R. was registered for the murder of the deceased but the charge-sheet has been submitted as the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in relationship with the deceased and the deceased has committed suicide.

Considering the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63517 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 the case as well as the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai / concerned Court below, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.170 of 2025.
