=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 10-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and B. N. Mandal, University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Earlier counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University and today also supplementary counter affidavit has been filed. From the same, it transpires that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid and with regard to the remaining amount of encashment of earned leave, cheque dated 07.09.2018 for Rs. 5,26,831/- has been prepared.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that nothing more remains to be done in the present writ application and accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

4. However, the University shall ensure that the cheque of Rs. 5,26,831/- in favour of the petitioner, if already not given to him, shall be given to him within one week from today. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
