The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.293 of 2022 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It is submitted that there is a case being Title Suit No.124 of 2022 is pending in the Court of Sub-Judge I, Vaishali at Hajipur. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63861 of 2022(4) dt.07-02-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S.
