2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioners, stood rejected, vide order dated 20.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18434 of 2023.

3. Petitioner has renewed the prayer for grant of prearrest bail on the ground that, subsequently, similarly situated co-accused namely Prince Kumar and Manjesh Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13294 of 2023 by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. In the opinion of this Court, the ground made on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66467 of 2023(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 behalf of the petitioner is not sufficient for renewal of his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. There is no new ground or change of circumstances. Moreover, in view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioners is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
