JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 Petitioners being father and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is killing the daughter of the informant after two and half years of marriage for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation is not specific. Petitioner No. 1 is 70 years of age and petitioners were not present in the house when the victim died unnatural death. The informant has subsequently retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before learned Court below. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
