The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 353, 332, 333, 323, 504, 325, 307, 188, 109, 120B, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Damage to Public Property Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 35285 of 2015 on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53381 of 2017 (3) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 20.08.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
