The petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. case No. 126 of 2015 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Manager of a petrol pump, alleged that he was going on a motor cycle with Rs. 1,80,000/- cash and cheque worth Rs. 85,000/- but four miscreants came on two motor cycles and robbed his cash and cheque.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. No looted article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The police forcibly took confessional statement of the petitioner and submitted charge sheet against him. The petitioner is in jail since 15.01.2016 but he has not been put on T. I. parade

No.39675 of 2016 (3) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that although the petitioner was arrested on 15.01.2016 but he has not been put in T.I. parade, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Maker P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 (G.R. No. 6676 of 2015).
