2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 786 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, some unknown persons including the petitioner obstructed the way of the informant and started abusing. When he objected, one co-accused fired upon the persons of the informant from a country made pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the specific allegation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68075 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 firing on the person of the Dhiraj Kumar is on co-accused Deepak Kumar @ Kauwa. It is also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 02.04.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 786 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
