The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is alleged to have fired at the informant after having some verbal altercation. The informant got pellet injuries on the legs. The injuries appear to be superficial but the doctor has kept the opinion reserved only to see the condition of leg joints.

It is submitted that the informant filed a petition stating that the petitioner was not the assailant and the petitioner is in jail for about two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43855 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sujeet Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nawada in Roh P.S. Case No. 47 of 1999. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
