Mr. YOGENDRA KUMAR SINGH(APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 30 (a)of the Bihar Prohibition.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 36 litres of Nepali liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedents and are in custody since 22.8.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52279 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 the satisfaction of Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 345 of 2017.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
