2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. He is accused of causing acid burn upon the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, out of his own, has handed over a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- to the learned counsel for the informant which is in the name of the informant.

6. Further, Mr. Mouar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits on instruction that the petitioner will pay Rs. 10,000/- monthly for the maintenance of the informant and their four children.

7. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Patna City, Patna/ concerned Court in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 201 of 2025.

9. It is made clear that the petitioner shall start paying the maintenance amount from November, 2025. The same shall be paid in the Bank account of the informant by 10th of each month. The details of the Bank account of the informant shall he shared by the learned counsel for the informant in the Court

10. If the petitioner misbehaves with the informant again after being released on bail, the informant shall be at liberty to approach the police for appropriate action and for filing an application seeking cancellation of bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
