The petitioner seeking arrears of salary for the period 1987 to 31.07.1995, claims that he had worked as Chaukidar for the said period.

Writ application is not entertainable after delay of 20 years.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is no denial of the work done by the petitioner, if that be so, the authority will look into the matter and take decision in accordance with law.

Writ application is dismissed.
