====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

2. The matter has been listed on motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner indicating some typographical error in the order dated 17.11.2017 by which the writ petition had been disposed off.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of the school, as reflected in the order where the relief prayed for by the petitioner has been quoted in paragraph no. 3 (i), has wrongly been typed as "Adarsh Middle School in Sheohar block" in place of "Government Upgraded Middle School,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15603 of 2016 (3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 Basahiya Sheikh in Piprahi block". Similarly, in paragraph no. 3(ii) of the relief quoted it has been typed "Sheohar block of Sheohar district" though it should have been "Basahiya Sheikh in Piprahi block".

4. Upon going through the pleadings, it is found that the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is correct.

5. Accordingly, in the order dated 17.11.2017, the relief quoted at paragraph no. 3(i), in place of "Adarsh Middle School in Sheohar block" it be read as "Government Upgraded Middle School, Basahiya Sheikh in Piprahi block" and in paragraph no. 3(ii) of the same, in place of "Sheohar block of Sheohar district" it be read as "Basahiya Sheikh in Piprahi block".

6. As a consequence, the time granted for filing representation before the respondent no. 5 stands extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

7. The order dated 17.11.2017 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
