The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 173 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant within few months of the marriage, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
