JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Para-38 of the case diary goes to show that petitioner and co-accused, Lalo Yadav were caught by the police with stolen motorcycle of the present case. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of near about five cases.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Gwalpara (Arrar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 01 of
