JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for removing the encroachment made over the public road appertaining to khata no. 64, plot no. 486, 478, 534 and 540. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2017-18 was initiated, however, now it has transpired that the final order under section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has already been passed on

Patna High Court CWJC No.2603 of 2017(6) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 11.09.2017. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Fatehpur, Gaya for enforcement of the said order dated 11.09.2017. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed of.
