Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Narainpur P.S. Case No.56 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On secret inputs the informant raided the house of petitioner and recovered 25 litres of country made liquor made of mahua, 50 kg. mahua and other articles meant for preparing liquor from in front of the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery was not made from the house of the petitioners. The father and two sons are made accused in the case but it appears

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61409 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 that the recovery of liquor made of mahua and huge quantity of mahua and other articles meant for preparing country made liquor were made from just in front of the house of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
