Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. As per the prosecution case, the date and time of occurrence is 11.07.2022 at about 9:00 PM in which 11 persons have been made accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the same date and place of occurrence i.e. on 11.07.2022 at about 9:00 PM, there are 2 criminal cases i.e. Pipra P.S. case no 200/22 and Pipra P.S. case no. 201/22 have been lodged. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65169 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 case was lodged by Raghunandan Sharma whereas the second case in which Sukani Devi was accused no. 7 and the present case is Pipra P.S. case no. 201/22 in which Sukani Devi is informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is title suit case pending between the party and due to land dispute, the scuffle takes place which resulted in the criminal case from both the sides. Counsel submits that there are 3 criminal antecedent of the petitioner which was filed only by the informant's side and he is on bail in all the cases. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
