The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(ii)(iii) of the SC/ST Act.

Rita Devi the complainant made allegation that all the accused persons came inside her house and made attempt to commit rape with her.

It is submitted that the occurrence is dated 05.08.2009, but the complaint was filed on 25.08.2009. The only allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner pressed the mouth of the complainant and the main allegation is against Chhan Mahto and Babulal.
