JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the appellant authority, i.e., the Divisional Commissioner, Patna has passed the order dated 27.05.2014/6.06.2014 as contained in Annexure-8 setting aside the order passed by the licensing authority refusing licence to the petitioner for N.B. bore revolver/pistol on the ground that it is non-speaking order and also not in accordance with law. The District Magistrate was directed to take fresh decision in accordance with law. It is further contended that, despite the direction, nothing has been done till date.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15104 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of the writ application with a direction to the District Magistrate-cum- Licensing Authority, Patna to take a final decision in the matter in compliance of the direction of the appellate authority within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
