It is alleged that house of one Bechu Paswan was inspected by the Block Developement Officer, where certain food grains were found stored which allegedly the unauthorized shop of the petitioner who has fair price shop. The petitioner submits that there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime.
Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing
