JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Hasanpur, Samastipur i.e. the respondent no. 4 to remove the illegal encroachment situated at mauza Shankerpur @ Sakarpura Thana no. 159, Old Khesra 633, Khata no. 651 and new Khesra 512 under AnchalHasanpur, Dist.-Samastipur but the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to grant of liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 for redressal of his grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1636 of 2018(3) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 Liberty so sought, is granted.
