In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 37 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47, 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

As per allegation, the police after receiving secret information intercepted the vehicle, two persons were arrested from there and illegal wines were recovered. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 9.8.2016.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Raju Kumar Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
