This is an application for restoration of M.A. No. 753 of 2014 which was dismissed for default for non-compliance of the order dated 9.9.2015 whereby a direction was given to submit certified copy of the Award within a period of eight weeks but, the appellant failed to submit the same within the aforesaid period of eight weeks.

It has been submitted that the appellant has already filed the certified copy of the Award.

In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed and M.A. No. 753 of 2014 is restored to its original file. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U
