2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The FIR is that the deceased being the daughter-inlaw has been tortured and killed.

4. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has given a statement in the hospital which finds mention in paragraph no. 45 of the case diary that she sustained burn injuries in accidental fire and no one has any hand in her burning. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018.
