The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 363, 366(A), 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his daughter and daughter of Ram Udgar Singh had gone to the house of Ram Dular Singh but they did not return and when the informant and Ram Udgar Singh went to the house of Ram Dular Singh to enquire, Sunita Devi, wife of Ram Dular Singh, Babita Devi and Amrita Devi, daughters of Ram Dular Singh informed that their husband had taken the girls to Uttar Pradesh for marriage. It is submitted that the petitioners are ladies. They have no role in kidnapping the victims. One of the victims, Asha Kumari, appeared and she disclosed that she voluntarily went to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43965 of 2015 (3) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 Delhi by train but another victim is still traceless. It is submitted that Ram Dular Singh and Upendra Singh, husband of Sunita Devi and Babita Devi have been granted regular bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48433 of 2015.

It appears that when the informant went to enquire about his daughter and daughter of Ram Udgar Singh the petitioners were inside the house of Ram Dular Singh. They disclosed about the facts.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners are ladies, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
