Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure would reveal that she had voluntarily left her house for marriage with the petitioner and in fact she married with the petitioner as she had love affairs with the petitioner.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and incorporated in the case diary, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
