1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this application, the Petitioner is invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court in the nature of Writ of Mandamus for directing the Respondents to grant 1st ACP in pay scale of Rs. 6500- 1050 w.e.f. 12.01.2000, 2nd MACP in Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 w.e.f.

01.01.2009 and 3rd MACP in Grade Pay of Rs.

8700 w.e.f. 12.01.2018."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17390 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter and in case the claim of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the actual monetary benefits thereof, shall also be paid during the same time frame.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
