The petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2016 in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 334 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are false and mischievous and the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that only because of his earlier antecedent, in which, he is on bail, the petitioner is being prosecuted and is languishing in jail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
