2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.03.2010 passed in CWJC No. 4294 of 2009.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4 , Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 28.03.2019 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
