The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 299 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

10 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the forest area.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner.

Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.
