The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Tapeshwar Chaudhary, who admittedly has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati ( Dobhi) P.S.Case No. 96 of 2010.
