The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.530 of 2019 registered under Sections 366, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, father of the victim, alleged that Rahul Kumar, son of petitioner No.1 and his family members including the petitioners kidnapped his daughter. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that victim is a major girl. Earlier also, she had fled away but she returned and her father give undertaking. Petitioners are mother, uncle and sister of Rahul Kumar. Victim is having love affairs with Rahul Kumar and victim is a major girl. Her date of birth is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59360 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 12.04.2001. The occurrence took place on 14.06.2019. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother, uncle and sister of Rahul Kumar, who is said to have kidnapped the victim, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.530 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
