The direction of this Court by order dated 25.7.2012 passed in CWJC No. 6537 of 2012 was to recalculate the pay scale of the petitioner giving him the benefit of double pay fixation from 7.5.1983 and decide upon the recovery, which can be made on the basis of the said refixation of pay from the remaining amount of

Patna High Court MJC No.2620 of 2015 (2) dt.17-11-2016 DCR Gratuity.

From the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties it is evident that the order under contempt has already been complied with as recalculation has been made and the excess amount recovered has been paid to the petitioner. In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
