The petitioner is in custody in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No.38 of 2016, a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is husband of victim Renu Devi. Allegation is that for non-fulfillment of dowry demand, Renu Devi was burnt to death by her in-laws. The post mortem report reveals that the victim died of burn injuries.
The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2016. The charges have already been framed in this case as per report of the learned trial Judge. However, no prosecution witness has been examined in spite of framing of the charges on 23.11.2016.

No.53436 of 2017 (5) dt.17-01-2018 P2/ Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
