Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017 for offences punishable under Sections 114, 290, 370, 354, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3, 4, 5, 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Section 4, 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.
The prosecution case, as lodged by the police personnel, is that on secret information that in S.K. Residential Hotel, Station Road, Hajipur immoral trafficking is being

No.52742 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 2/3 done, the hotel was raided and from a number of rooms men and women in objectionable position were apprehended and incriminating articles were also recovered. Allegation upon the petitioner is that he had taken the hotel on rent from one Rajesh Kumar Gupta and Ranjit Kumar Gupta. He along with manager is involved in immoral trafficking. Accordingly, a seizure list was prepared.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, 56 years old person, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that his mother was seriously ill at that time and the hotel was left on the manager Munna Sah and he was not aware of the illegal activities being done in the hotel. He submits that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.09.2017.
However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-Cum-Special Judge,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52742 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 3/3 Vaishali at Hajipur.
The application is, accordingly, rejected.
