====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-10-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was filling soil in front of the house, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners protested and assaulted her with iron rod and also snatched her ear ring and also made firing.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Scuffle took place over a petty dispute. There is case and counter case. Injuries caused by these petitioners are simple in nature. Specific allegation of causing grievous injury is against Sonu Kumar.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68097 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Deep Nagar Police Station Case No. 580/2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
