2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1046(c) of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture after marriage.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been implicated in a false case. Petitioner has made specific statement in Para-8 of the bail application that he is ready to keep her wife (opposite party no.2) with full respect and dignity and has also filed restitution petition for restoration of conjugal rights before the Principal Judge, Buxar vide Matrimonial Case No. 259 of 2022.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no.2 with full dignity and honour and has also filed restitution petition for restoration of conjugal rights before the Principal Judge, Buxar vide Matrimonial Case No. 259 of 2022 and reconciliation proceeding is going on, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Buxar in connection with Complaint Case No. 1046(c) of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under

7. The bail application stands disposed of.
