2. Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State (respondent no.7) in terms of the order of the Court dated 16.08.2018. Copy of the same was served on learned counsel for the petitioner yesterday.

3. From the same, it transpires that the amount of admitted dues have been credited into the account of the petitioner.
