The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram Town (Agrer) P.S. Case No. 892/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. From the shop of the petitioner fertilizers of I.F.F.C.O. was recovered. It is alleged that the petitioner was not having valid license.

Learned A.P.P. submits that earlier case diary was called for, but complete diary has not been received. Mr. Vikramdeo Singh learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was running shop after having valid license.

No.46771 of 2016 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram Town (Agrer) P.S.
