The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1.

(A).

For direction/directions, order/orders to the respondent authority to consider the service of petitioner as permanent employee in place of Temporary Worker Night Guard on the basis of prescribed more than three years

Patna High Court CWJC No.16303 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 continuous survive tenure.

(B) For direction/directions, order/orders to respondent authority to pay the consequential reliefs to the petitioner after his consideration as permanent employee under the directions of State Government and observations of Hon'ble High Court as well as Apex Court in the similar circumstances."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15357 of 2017 dated 25.04.2018.

The respondents are directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15357 of 2017 dated 25.04.2018 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
