====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

72 litres of Nepali Saufi was recovered from possession of both the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, after completion of investigation of the case against the petitioners, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kanhauli P.S.Case No. 88 of 2019, subject to the following

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60221 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
