2. The regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 67769 of 2022.

3. It has jointly submitted that both the parties have compromised the case and the petitioner is ready to solemnize marriage with the informant.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special (POCSO) Court, Araria in
